Amino Acid 2222 Side Effect
Not known for sure: Amino 2222 has several products, and since they are not medications approved by the fda, amino 2222 products are probably not tested for interactions and side effects like real medicines are. So, that means nobody really knows what side effects there are. If an amino 2222 user hears of some interaction or thinks he is getting a side effect, he can visit his primary care doctor. ...Read more
Should be OK.: Amino acids are the building blocks of protein. A well balanced diet should provide all the protein needed. Taking an Amino Acid supplement should do no harm, unless taking too much, or there are genetic problems (people with pku must not take phenylalanine, which is in the "2222, ") or if the product is tainted (a tainted tryptophan supplement a number of years ago caused severe health problems). ...Read more

Taking protein shakes and amino acid tabs could leads to varicoceles or any testicular issues? What are the side effects of these supplements?
No? But Also No Data: By law, dshea 1994, see fda.Gov, for all dietary supplements, the manufacturer/marketer/seller are exempt from evaluating or proving claims of efficacy or safety. The bigger issue, my view, is why purchase expensive processed food waste rather than cheaper real food. All meats & to a ? extent most above ground vegetables are ? protein; i.e. Large molecules built from Amino Acids per genetic code. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
Hello. Can I have omega 3 and multi vitamins together in the same time without any side effects (i have glovit multi vitamins 32 with amino acid)?
Likely yes; however: There is no harm in taking them together; however, b vitamins are commonly nauseating. This may increase the "repeat" (burping up the taste) of the omega oils. I would suggest taking the them at different times to prevent nausea. Several smaller doses make the vitamin available throughout the day. Take the oils at bedtime to minimize tasting repeat if it does occur. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
Best taken separate: Amino acids compete for absorption with one another. Thus, if you take them at the same time as whey protein they will be somewhat less well-absorbed than if taken separately. I would advise taking them at least one hour apart from each other, but it probably doesn't matter which you take first. I advise whey from grass-fed cows processed at low temperature for maximum benefit. ...Read more
Diet & exercise: 100 grams of protein daily is the basal required. Amino acids are proteins & v.v.. You don't need more protein except for extremely stressful exercises and then you only need an ounce or so more. Your stomach is built to break down proteins into amino acids. Save your money and eat a Big Mac. It will be just as beneficial and taste better & you can take it before, during or after workout. ...Read more
