Hello. Can I have omega 3 and multi vitamins together in the same time without any side effects (i have glovit multi vitamins 32 with amino acid)?
Likely yes; however: There is no harm in taking them together; however, b vitamins are commonly nauseating. This may increase the "repeat" (burping up the taste) of the omega oils. I would suggest taking the them at different times to prevent nausea. Several smaller doses make the vitamin available throughout the day. Best taken separate: Amino acids compete for absorption with one another. Thus, if you take them at the same time as whey protein they will be somewhat less well-absorbed than if taken separately. I would advise taking them at least one hour apart from each other, but it probably doesn't matter which you take first.
