Can I take 50 mg of deoxylamine succinate, 3 mg of Melatonin, and 3 mg of Ambien (zolpidem) together for chronic insomnia and poor sleep quality?
You could, but: I fear that you are getting into a rather bad sleep/ medication cycle which will eventuate in medication tolerance, and worsening sleep.
