Yes: Ambien (zolpidem) if taken every night without a several day break occasionally will get less effective. You should always do well with 10 mg. Stop on a weekend during which you should have a couple of good days of relaxation and exercise and then restart for the days of stress when you can't get to sleep. ...Read more
