Is green stool normal? I havnt ate any green or black food. I'm not on any antibiotics just ambien (zolpidem). For sleep
Is it ill advised to take 20mg of ambien (zolpidem)? The 10's don't seem to be working so well lately and I could really use the sleep. Thanks!
Yes: Ambien (zolpidem) if taken every night without a several day break occasionally will get less effective. You should always do well with 10 mg. not really: Valium (diazepam) is a benzodiazepine tranquilizer. Although it helps with sleep, it is mainly for anxiety and muscle relaxation, and can be taken during the day if prescribed that way. Ambien (zolpidem) is chemically different, only used for sleep, never during the day, and is not a tranquilizer (anxiety reducer).
