Possibly: as an ENT I'm a specialist able to assess your voice w/ the use of a good physical exam and history. the physical exam will likely include a flexible endoscopy/laryngoscopy (looking at your larynx with a flexible scope after/with local anesthetic in the office) and possible stroboscopic exam of your larynx and vocal cords to assess their movement and other properties. See an ENT: There are sometimes medical reasons for a high pitched voice in a grown man. You may need to see an ENT for a laryngoscopy (scope of voice box in clinic-easy to do) and a speech therapist for a voice evaluation. I would get it checked out, as it probably won't change now if it hasn't already without some speech therapy. Don't despair though, as you can be helped! ...Read more
