BMI 25.2: That height and weight would give you a BMI of 25.2 (just into the overweight category). 25-29.9 is considered overweight with anything over 30 considered to be obese. The BMI doesn't account for muscle mass, so if you are very athletic or a body builder then this wouldn't be an accurate assessment. I don't really know what you mean by "skinny fat" though.
