maybe not: I am not sure what you have tried therapeutically, but would recommend a psychologist trained in behavioral modification and biofeedback training which is sometimes very successful in dealing with most "anxiety disorders". Many will disagree, but I am not in favor of using anxiolytic medication alone, or even at all. Start with doctor: There are many causes for fatigue and excessive sleeping. See your pcp for exam, appropriate testing and guidance. Write down meds you take including OTC, any alcohol/drug/caffeine/tobacco use, current stresses and about when problem started. First rule out medical causes for your fatigue.
