IBD VS IBS: The above abbreviations stand for "inflamatory bowel disease" and "irritable bowel syndrome". Given your symptoms your could have either. You can heal yoursel: The best thing you can do is to use tylenol (acetaminophen) for your headaches first. Keep a bottle of pills of 325mg size and use 2 tablets at a time.
