How come I am more hungry mid-morning after eating breakfast rather then mid-morning when I don't eat breakfast? It makes no sense to me
Sugar dropping: If your breakfast is high in carbs and doesn't contain any protein or fat, your sugar level goes up, your body responds by releasing Insulin and then your sugar drops. It's all gone in 2-3 hours. Make sure you have protein and some fat in your breakfast too.
