I have hypothyroidism. I don't have daytime sleepiness or fatigue and i went to two days without sleeping and still not tired. What should I do?

Depends...: If after correction of your Hypothyroidism....TSH you feel this way....you have other medical problems...like Diabetes/ anemia/B12 deficiency ( if vegetarian ). that needs to be explored and treated.
