Is a "sure" "Treatment"!!!! An antifungal medication (Oral preferably) is necessary along with removal of the infected hairs!

I've had what I assume is trichomycosis pubis. I shaved, applied antibacterial soap. Hair grew, then it came back. How can I permanently get rid of it?
