Do you think humira or remicade will ever come into the reach of poor people after their patent expire in 2016?

On remicade for uc. Max dose every 5 weeks.Disease flareup after 3 weeks since infusion.Gi advises switch over to humira. Any recommendations?

When is it time to start Humira or Remicade for RA. Been on MTX & plaquinil for 14 yrs, pred on & off. Labs slightly off, but pain & swelling intense.
