? Wrong diagnosis: It's hard to tell from your question what the problem is. This organism can cause a number of fungal infections involving the skin and the toenail. It is also possible that what you are suffering from is another type of eczema. If the problem is recurrent "athletes foot" then perhaps you have a genetic predisposition to it. You may require chronic oral or topical antifungal treatment.
