Not true: That said, it is a difficult personality to have or to work with. There is no pill you can take to change any personality past the moment. Patient trusting talk therapy w/ a mature highly skilled person can help you but it's slow. The neurotonin should help a bit if anything, so don't worry. What is the cause?: What is the cause for your bilateral burning? Are you a diabetic? Do you have peripheral neuropathy? Those meds that you listed are the standard meds for painful peripheral neuropathy. If you haven't already, go get a nerve test (EMG) to determine if this is true peripheral neuropathy. Bilateral nerve pain is usually neuropathy, and there are a multitude of causes other than diabetes. ...Read more
