Where are the common areas of pain when you have small intestine inflammation because of crohns disease?

No: Crohn's disease is not an infectious disease. That being said you can have a GI tract infection on top of the crohn's especially if you have been treated with antibiotics and this infection can be contagious from contact with your stool. I have crohns disease & i woke up this morning vomiting and diarrhea badly. This pain is beyond intense. Should I go to the e.r i can't even eat.
