Not necessarily: If you are referring to a cervical biopsy, you have cervical hpv. Most condyloma are low risk hpv, but it is possible to be high risk type. Mild dysplasia requires no treatment. 80% of this will clear spontaneously. Generally cervical hpv does not cause external or vulvar warts/condyloma. ...Read more
