I know of: No correlation between gallbladder dysfunction and hashimoto's thyroiditis. If your gallbladder is dysfunctional (and believed to be causing symptoms) the treatment is cholecystectomy. ...Read more

To be expected: Biliary dyskinesia just means the gallbladder doesn't squeeze properly to expel the bile into the bile duct. Under the microscope, the gallbladder can have only slight inflammation or even look totally normal. ...Read more

Not likely: You almost certainly have mechanical obstruction of the GB, even though this may be only due to thickened bile, sludge, or gravel, and may be intermittent. Medications or supplements have virtually no influence on this process. Low fat diet can lessen the severity of symptoms by lessening GB contractions. See your doctor. ...Read more
