Yes: Try doxycycline or even amox [penicillin] or bacterium, ask your dermatologist or dr to change it. Use benzoyl peroxide gel 5% as baseline for mild acne, twice a day if tolerated, start once a day, it dries skin and bleaches things, so will get sunburn like face for a while but will get better after 2 months should have clearer skin.
