Needs exam..: If what you are describing is sudden face numbness especially with changes of paralysis you need to go to the ED ASAP. This could be a totally benign issue but it could be related to other major problems like a stroke. Even though you are young I don't know the whole history so my suggestion is to get immediate evaluation especially if this is a new symptom. ...Read more
