Take burn seriously.: You need to take this burn seriously. Blistering burns can become quite painful and can become infected very easily. OTC remedies will clearly not be enough to prevent this from worsening in the longer term. You should be seeing a burn specialist and get the proper treatment for this. Aloe vera contains: Plant sterols, and works well on inflamed skin from burns, sunburn, laser to reduce heat. So depends what you mean by regeneration of facial tissue? It is helpful at rehydrating skin that = needs cooling after being in the sun or laser. It doesn't per se regenerate skin, as the turnover of skin is about 7 days, and it's occurring from below.
