I would CALL L&D, OB: I am a maternal-fetal medicine specialist. Therefore, my patients are high-risk, and i want them to be in touch with their OB or my group in case of questions or to go to labor and delivery if problems. Having cramping for >10 hours could be labor, and monitoring during labor is recommended. Worsening of pain is also a concern, and only evaluation by OB provider can determine what is happening. ...Read more
