Only organic soy;but: Goat milk is perfectly safe. There are some concerns about soy because it has isoflavones that act like estrogens, but research suggests it's safe during pregnancy. It's not advisable: Instructions for prepping before a colonoscopy suggest CLEAR liquids, which would exclude any form of milk. The fats in milk, which make it appear creamy, could obscure something along the lining of the bowel if not perfectly prepped. I do not recommend: G6pd exists in different forms with different severity. Mild forms of the condition might tolerate soya bean oil where severe forms of the disease probably would not tolerate it.
