Yes: There is no bee venom in honey, so it can be safely eaten by people allergic to bees. There is not supposed to be any peanut protein in peanut oil, but there may be if it wasn't carefully manufactured. If allergy symptoms are severe and include difficulty breathing or swallowing, etc, see a healthcare provider. If symptoms are mild, an antihistamine should be helpful.
