Several: I like to start with hypertonic nasal saline nose sprays to help reduce congestion without medications. Pseudoephedrine ok short time. OTC nasacort also good if allergies the cause. Ibuprofen, aspirin now cause mild hives. Tylenol doesn't help me. It's only hives, can I still take it? Is it even a "true" allergy? I have no asthma

See PCP re meds ?: Advil and Ibuprofen are the same thing so if you have a true allergy to the product then you cannot take an NSAID till cleared by an allergist. Aleve and Naproxen are the same product, they are also nsaids while Aspirin belongs to a different family of drugs and can also be used if deemed appropriate by your pcp.
