I have migraine and the doctors gave me Topamax, when i took "50 G" i affected by Glaucoma and i have allergies but antihistamine is forbidden!!

What are the risks of low-dose oral prednisone taken over 1 or 2 decades? I am a vet with allergies to pets. Antihistamines not effective anymore.
It depends how low: If the dose is low it will replace what your adrenal makes. Even at that level it is tough sometimes to get off of it.
