My 13 yo son has a constant colds. Doctor said it is an allergy. Gave antihistamine but no effect. Does he need antibiotics?

I have migraine and the doctors gave me Topamax, (topiramate) when i took "50 G" i affected by Glaucoma and i have allergies but antihistamine is forbidden!!
