Change ur clothes b4 going2bed ;better still take a shower before u hit the bed. Try anti allergenic pillow covers, bed sheets. Also u can use sinus rinses 4nose congestion. Try otc saline rinses. Don't worry about it: I don't know if any body has taken it over the rockies. But it is not supposed to be in california. DEPENDS: If you are having symptoms only during a certain time of the year, you may only need it during that period (note that it takes 2-3 weeks for it to reach optimal effectiveness).
