Hops allergy

First one should note that allergy to hops must be extremely rare. Yet in IgE mediated food allergy, the body does not treat one food differently from another, although some foods like peanuts tend to elicit a more severe reaction. The symptoms thus may range from itching at the mouth and throat , abdominal upset, hives, itching to anaphylaxis depending on the severity.
