Can post nasal drip cause dry mouth when wake up. I seem to have post nasal drip every day only in summer time. Allergy testing?

Can allergies only cause congestion and post nasal drip dry mouth and no other symptoms, my nose never drains eyes never itchy but always congested.?

Maybe.: Dry mouth may be due to several causes. (1) dehydration - think diabetes. Newer generation: Benadryl (diphenhydramine) is going to cause the most issues with dry mouth. Newer antihistamines (allegra, zyrtec, and even claritin) are going to cause less. I was treated at ER for bee allergy wonder if that means my bee allergy is getting worse had dry mouth nausea itchy mouth.
