Swallowed a nail~: hello ~ well, that depends. If it was painted you may see it when you pass it and if not then you wont and that may make you worry more. Don't. You may feel it as it departs I suppose. Worrying about it is needless. It wont reverse course, or linger I don't suppose. More importantly, how on Earth did you get to swallow a whole nail??
