Don't panic: Many people take that dose everyday intentionally. It may be a little much for you. Your BP may get a little lower than you're used to. If that happens, you may feel light headed, especially when you first get up. You can counteract the effects by drinking extra fluid and eating extra salt but I wouldn't advise doing that unless you're feeling dizzy. Who knows-tonight you may have the best BP ever. ...Read more
