Hello, The back of my hands have been feeling itchy and hot since yesterday. I've never had any allergic reaction to anything my entire life.

If it is only on the: Surface of your hands or hand that you put the cream on, then it is possible you have an allergic reaction. If you put cream on both hands and only have these lesions on 1 hand, it is then unlikely you would have reaction only on 1 hand.
