Difficult to answer: Seafood includes shellfish and fish. Shellfish includes mollusks and crustaceans. You describe being able to eat a sea dwelling fish (tuna) and a crustacean (shrimp). Therefore you are not allergic to seafood. Lobsters and crabs are crustaceans and share the same allergy inducing protein tropomyosin.
