Most likely : Itching is a common side effect of narcotics and for most people does not go any further than that. It is more serious if there is wheezing associated. As the medication is cleared from your system it will improve but you may need to continue to use inhaler for a little bit. Antihistamines can help also. Novalgin(Metamizole): Metamizole was banned in usa in 1977 due to risk of agranulocytosis and you are in california.It may be reaction to anesthesia or novalgin wherever you were given this drug (metamizole) it is unlikely a reaction to antibiotics.
