No: During pregnancy, asthma may get worse, better, or neither. However there should be no change afterwards. I suspect that your allergy is getting worse whether you were pregnant or not and you should consult an allergist if you are getting recurrent sinusitis because of this. ...Read more

Treat: Obstetricians are not the best with psychiatry. Though cat d, low dose Clonazepam at night only has so little probability of hurting your baby; it pales in comparison to your untreated anxiety problem which is reflected in nightime hyperarousal.
