Possible: Since the Pseudoephedrine in the d is often used to manufacture amphetamine, I would guess that it can show up in a blood test. I would advise you to stay off of any decongestants if you are subjected to random drug test until I can look this up. ...Read more

The D in your meds: Is sudafed which is a stimulant, thus it can raise the blood pressure. Once u stop taking the meds, the BP should normalize. Consider switching to plain Allegra, Claritin (loratadine) or zyrtec which have minimal effect on bp. Take care! ...Read more
