All Over Body Aches No Fever
Viral illness: Cannot diagnose you without a history and physical exam, but if you are really feeling poorly would strongly suggest you see a doctor. Good luck.
Body aches, no fever, eating well, still active and sometimes the aches go away. No chills but finding it difficult to sleep and keep waking up?
How Long?: If this just started, it could come from a minor viral infection. If it has been there over two weeks, diagnosis will usually require tests. Other viral symptoms like a stuffy nose make the diagnosis of viral infection. Some who could check you would be able to know much more.See 1 more doctor answer
24 hours ago my sinuses started feeling raw and started small body aches. No fever. Supposed to get flu shot tomorrow. Should I wait? Is this flu?
Body aches: Hard to say based on the discription. If no fever, then do the shot. There are very nasty stains of viruses out there that are hurting even the healthy people. Good luck.
Misery: The diagnostic possibilities are endless based on your provided information!

Bronchitis: You have bronchitis. Need to know if there is tightness in the chest or wheezing (asthmatic bronchitis). You do not require antibiotics unless purulent sputum (green or brown coloration). If dm doesn't suppress cough you may profit from a codiene containing expectorant. For bronchial tightness you need an inhaler or theophyllin (200 mg three times a day) or some steroids - like Prednisone few days.See 1 more doctor answer
2 months after fever and weakness typhi dot test is negative while widal test is positive. Oral thrush and body aches, No fever. High RBC high wbc.
Suspect other cause: TyphiDOT IgG or IgM is reported to be 100 percent accurate for identifying an acute infection. If the IgM test alone was done, it could be that the test needs to be repeated. If you clinically appear to have typhoid fever your doctor will want to retest or treat. See your doctor, you may have another type of infection
Sore throat started 2 nights ago. Body aches, no fever... At all. Now I have a pink rash on my chest and neck. No other cold symptoms. Could this be strep?
SORE THROAT: Strep is certainly a possibility. Testing is the only way to be sure

Viral infection: You are likely having a viral infection which may not be the flu. Do realize that flu vaccine is not 100% protective especially if you received it more than 3-4 months ago. A lot of people are getting influenza B infection this year vs influenza A. Other viral infection (cold virus) may cause the same symptoms as flu. None of the drugs you mentioned helps viral infection. Rx flu drug may help
I've had a red and very sore throat and fatigue for 2 days. Occasional body aches. No fever, coughing, sneezing, or sinus congestion. What is this?
Pharyngitis: Can be caused by bacteria or virus. Most occurrences do not require antibiotic treatment. A quick swab by your doctor or at the urgent care center can determine if you need any treatment at all or if home remedies with common OTC analgesics and warm salt water gargle will surficeSee 1 more doctor answer
That your body aches: Temperature of 98 is a normal body temperature, so nothing to worry about there. If this is an acute change, by that I mean new body aches, did you change something in your daily life? More or less activity, your mattress, what chair you sit in at work...? Try some massage and stretching, a hot shower. Doubtful any infection as normal temperature.
A high temp for sure: Usually very high temps are related to viral infection which makes sense with body aches, but all bets are off. This could be anything. There is not enough info to make any good judgement.
I have thrown up twice in two days, I have body aches and I do not have a fever, what can this be?
