Is Aleve safe to take for pain and fever durning pregnancy? I was told I could take Tylenol, (acetaminophen) but I don't have any.
I'm on morphine, flexeril, vimovo (esomeprazole and naproxen) and lyrica. I have had a blood test and at home pregnancy tests all negative but feel pregnant can they all be wrong?

Yes: It's basically just sugar and aspartame (nutrasweet). As long as you don't have phenyketonuria, you can take it. I am not a fan of aspartame anytime, and i think it's especially important to avoid as many artificial chemicals during pregnancy as possible, so i wouldn't recommend nauzene.
