I took 2 aleve at 4pm, and now took 2 more pills at 11:45pm - the bottle says no more than 3 pills in a day. I'm 5'0" and 100lbs. Am I going to be ok?

Celebrex (celecoxib): Depends. Both are nsaids. Celebrex (celecoxib) is primarily a cox-2 inhibitor so it was originally thought to be less likely to cause reflux, stomach ulcers. Long term it has not shown any difference a year out. Both have a cardiac warning, although at least theoretically aleve(naproxen) would be less likely to cause this.
