Yes: Hi! Aldara is considered safe (risks outweighed by benefits for many patients), though not for people w/ autoimmune or immunesuppression. Common side effects incl: local redness/itching, ulcers & swelling. Drug induced lupus may occur with as many as 60 some odd compounds used, but almost always responds to withdrawal of the medication.
