Imiquimod has completely cleared all gen. Warts after 12 apps. No side effects excpt the usual cell necrosis. How much longer should I continue using?

You're done.: I generally recommend continuing Imiquimod until all of the warts are healed, (up to a maximum of 16 weeks), so if the warts are gone, you can stop. If any return, or any new ones develop, repeat the treatment. ...Read more

Surgery: Basal cell carcinoma is usually removed completely with surgery. The only reason to follow-up with Imiquimod would be if the cancer were invasive and not removed completely with the surgery.
