Positive 12 steps: First you need to attend meetings consistently. Then you pick a sponsor and work with them. Once you are ready can can sponsor(volunteer). It takes time to ripen. Not Complete Approac: Alcoholic Anonymus has been around since 1935 with a primary purpose to stay sober and help other alcoholics to achieve Soberiety.It has helped many alcoholics over the years. May be normal: To some degree, it is normal to get some increase in heart rate after eating & drinking (esp high sugar foods like alcohol) as digestion naturally increases the work of the heart/Increased blood flows to the stomach to aid digestion.
