Not sure what kind: of support you are looking for. Most programs that do formal detoxification, with or without medications, have both individual and group counseling to help you deal with the problems that alcohol use has caused, and in dealing with the emotional issues you used alcohol to deal with. 12 step groups like AA can be helpful, as can formal psychotherapy and treatment groups.
