Could be reflux as alcohol can percipitate reflux. Avoid alcohol try prilosec /ranitidine. elevate head of bed when sleeping. F/u w/ doc as may need meds if going off alcohol and have been drinking heavily.
Could also be cervicalgia (if occiput) or PND (if throat) from sinusitis. Check for hepatitis due to alcohol and make sure no c spine or head injuries from falls f/u w/ doc ...Read more

Hard to tell: Migraines are usually one-sided, pounding, severe headaches that last up to 3 days and have associated nausea, incapacity, and vision change. Alcohol can be a trigger. I'm glad your MRI is clear, because that rules out tumor. These could be either cluster or occipital neuralgia. I would not recommend this and instead recommend that one not put anything including qtips into ears and just keep ears clean from the outside.
