Including essential Amino acids supplement (BCAA) would affect gout?
Is Whey Protein supplements & glutamine supplement safe for gout users?
None will effect gou: Gout is related to URIC ACID and PURINES, not amino acids or protein supplements. BUT, since everything you mention is a complete waste of money, why bother to ask? There are meds used to control gout in different ways. Low dose aspirin and thiazide diuretics tend to raise uric acid levels. Alcohol, especially in large amounts, often causes attacks. Low purine diets are slightly effective. ...Read more
Organic fiber, chromium polynicotinate, magnesium malate, proteolytic enzymes, HCl betaine, and whole food complete multi-vitamins, is this good to take?
NO!: I strongly advise everyone take a quality multivitamin as the vast majority of americans don't get adequate vitamins & minerals from their diet, but vitamins are not a substitute for a healthy diet. Fruits & veggies have a complex mix of hundreds of phytonutrients like carotenoids, flavonols & anthocyanins that aren't found in vitamin supplements. Eat fruits/veggies of all colors for good health! ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
Is it bad to take sports supplements with diabetes? Currently consuming protein/creatine shake, sd matrix, fat burners, fish oils vitamin C tablets?
Since all that: Junk is a waste of money, doesn't do anything positive for you except spend your money, why do it? Besides, you don't know what's in any of that stuff, what harm it could possibly do to you, how it could interact negatively with medication or other supplements, etc. Save your money and use it on monitoring strips, healthy food, valid medication, etc. That can help you live better and longer. ...Read more
Better available: It is ok but i think you can do much better. My concerns: the main ingredients are soy and milk protein. Almost all soy these days is gmo unless it is organic & there is evidence this is unsafe. Milk is mostly from cows fed gmo corn & soy unless organic. Amway does not use organic sources. A much better protein powder is whey cool from grass-fed cows. Also take a good multivitamin. See comment:. ...Read more

Why Supplements?: Since you're 17 years old, I am concerned that you are spending time and money wasting it on the supplements that you listed. While some of the substances are present in a healthy diet, there is actually no reason you should be taking them in the form of a supplement. You should be getting all the vitamin D you need in a healthy diet, and the other things, except Prilosec, are unproven. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
Is it safe to take a multivitamin, probiotic, fish oil omega-3 supplement, apple cider vinegar, and psyllium husk for fiber together daily?
Yes: These are safe though I wouldn't take them all at once. I advise the multivitamin after breakfast, the probiotic at the start of a meal, the fish oil after lunch or dinner, apple cider vinegar in water separate from meals and the psyllium at bedtime. Some multivitamins are far better than others- see https://drrandybaker.com/2012/11/ and https://www.multivitaminguide.org/best-multivitamin.html ...Read more

Is shaklee a trustworthy brand for dietary supplement such as omega 3, calcium, multi-vitamins, b-complex, vitamin c, so on?
For what use?: This one can't really be answered well without knowing what's going on with you, or what you hope to gain. Some dietary supplements are very safe and effective for certain conditions, and some are not. I'm sorry that i can't be more helpful, but your question is too broad for me. ...Read more
