Get evaluated.: The presence of sperms on microscopic analysis of the urine is not necessarily abnormal, & can occur if you gave your sample after recent ejaculation. If you are experiencing problems with ejaculation, get evaluated. More importantly, the presence of Albumin in the urine may be abnormal.
