Feel for ya!: Having experienced what you have, also at a young age. I would strongly suggest that you see a physician who is experienced in prolotherapy. These injections are quite effective in dealing with pain and are much safer than steroids, nonsteroidals, or surgery (traction and heat and muscle relaxants fine).
