If i'm eating over 2, 000 cal a day no exercise and i don't gain over a BMI of 17 should I accept it or force feed to gain more? My labs are perfect.

However, the standards of how much of the population is above a certain bmi number changes with age, location, ethnic background and overall health. Is it true that you can determine your body frame with index finger and thumb for ideal weight calculation? Or regardless of the frame, BMI rules?
