This will cause stool and gas to seep out of your vagina and likewise blood and vaginal discharge to seep from your anus. Not likely: A fistula is not likely in this situation. When you pass gas, it has to go somewhere. If you're sitting down, it's likely some of the air travels *ahem* forward and causes that sensation.
