Need to know.: We need to know how long this cough has been going on for, how bad it is, wheezing? If it is just a simple cough and only for a few days it is usually associated with a virus and should be resolved in a few days. Honey at this age is ok to use to control symptoms. However, if severe and difficulty breathing and /or wheezing associated you should take your child to the ED for immediate evaluation. ...Read more

I wake up in the middle of the night thrashing in my bed, jumping in the air cause i can't breath. Sleep apnea? What's the cure?
I slept with a fan on all night but just had knickers on could the fan have cause a air embolism in my vagina? The fan was at the end of the bed
No: A room fan, anywhere in the room, is fine and will not cause a vaginal air embolism. Keeping cool with a fan is a good thing, as it decreases sweatiness and body odors. Air embolism is a risk if a person's mouth and lips seals off another person's vulvo-vaginal opening, and then he blows... that would be a bad thing to do. ...Read more
