Use newer beds which meet the cpsc 2000 safety standards. Guard rails should begin close to the bottom of the upper bunk and rise 5 " above the mattress. See wetting expert: Stop drinking after supper, void before bed. Has an enuresis alarm been tried? If not try a"wet-stop" alarm. Dr will test urine to rule out UTI etc. Dr may try DDAVP uo to 3x0.2mg tabs nightly to reduce nocturnal urine production &/or long-acting anticholinergic medication like Oxybutynin er, or Detrol (tolterodine) la to increase functional bladder capacity. UTI?: A common cause is bladder spasm caused by bedwetting. Best thing to do is get in to a GP or urgent care office and have an exam of the urine done (UA or microscopy) to see if there is infection. Unlikely that the bedwetting is going to start again. Good luck! ...Read more

It's an issue if u : Have symptoms along with it such as dizziness, feeling of passing out, weakness, headache, chest pain etc. People who do strenuous exercise including athletes have slower heart rate as their heart is more efficient than average individual. Nocturia: I assume you mean "pee" or urinate, in which case you're describing nocturia. If she falls asleep: on her own in her own room at a consistent bedtime after cuddling, reading & brushing her teeth, sleeps through the night, is not toilet-training or experiencing a major life-change & shows interest in having a " big-girl bed", try it between 18 mos.-3 yrs.
