Stomach pain: Stomach cramps can be from several reasons. I assume by stomach you refer to the abdomen. What part of the abdomen is hurting? Is it associated with nausea or heart burn. GI doctor: Chronic nausea should be evaluated by a gastroenterologist. Since you have had a tubal and a negative pregnancy test we don’t usually use the term morning sickness as it implies pregnancy. Not sure of your ?: Here's some general info. High WBC in urine may indicate a urinary tract infection or simply contamination from vaginal secretions. A urine culture can sort this out. The diarrhea and cramps in lower abdomen could be unrelated to your late period. However, there is a small chance, if you had intercourse since your LMP, of an ectopic pregnancy.
