Infection? STD?: This is probably an infection, perhaps involving the seminal vesicles (the semen collecting sacs) or the prostate. Gonorrhea or chlamydia is possible if at risk for STDs. Bladder prob: 51 F feels heaviness in her bladder and only urinates a little. Should I increase my HRT. ANS: assume HRT MEANS estrogens etc. Bladder and HRT not likely related.
